About The North Face Circadian Jacket

The Circadian Paclite Jacket allows perspiration vapor to pass through, but keeps body oils, cosmetics, salt water, insect repellents and other environmental contaminants from altering the waterproofness of the membrane. Pit zips keep you cooler and more.

Fabric: 50D 3.1 oz/yd2 polyester dobby Gore-Tex PacLite fabric. The Gore-Tex® PacLite® membrane contains a protective black layer that is made of an "oil hating" polymer and carbon. This layer allows perspiration vapor to pass through, but keeps body oils, cosmetics, salt water, insect repellents from altering the waterproofness of the membrane, resulting in an extremely durable, breathable, compressible waterproof fabric.
