Why can't I find an item on the website that I have seen in your shops?
The amount of products we have in our shops is absolutely massive. If there is something you want and you don't see it on the website, it is always worth giving us a call on 0151 708 7006. We will either have the item you want or can get it in a matter of days. The products available on the website don't represent the huge amount of in-store products, but we continually endeavour to add more and more products to our online store.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer FREE UK deliveries for orders over £50 in value. For full details please see the Delivery Information section.
Do I need to create an account before placing an order?
No, you don't. You have the choice to create an account or check out as a 'guest'.
Will I receive confirmation after placing my online order?
Yes. Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and that you should await delivery of order. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you.
I have not received my order confirmation email?
Please check your junk/spam folder, especially if you have an email address with Hotmail, Live, Outlook or Yahoo. If you still did not receive it, there might have been an error with the email address provided. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please Contact Us.
I've made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
If you realise quickly enough, and the order has not yet been processed for dispatch, you may change your order. Call 0151 708 7006 as soon as possible and we will endeavour to sort it out. However, if your item has already been processed you can later return any unwanted items to us for a refund.
