Refund and Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with goods you have ordered, we will exchange it or give you a refund.

Please be sure that items you are returning to us are in their original condition and packaging, unused, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

The goods must be undamaged and unsoiled. Please include the returns note stating the reason you are returning the goods.

Returns period is 14 days from date of receipt. Any returned goods must be received by us within this time. Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we highly recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded Delivery).

Adapt Outdoors Ltd will not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post. For faulty items Adapt Outdoors Ltd will refund the postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you requested a refund, any refund due will be credited back onto the card which was used to pay for the original order. You can be charged up to 10% order value to cover: postage, administration, banking, merchant charges etc. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement.
